The Annu al General Meeting (AGM) will be convened at Darraweit Guim Memorial Hall\ , 1481 Bolinda-Darraweit Road\, Darraweit Guim\, 3756 on Sunday 7th of Feb ruary 2027. The meeting will commence at 11:00 am.

A light luncheo n will be served at 12.30 pm.

Those members willing to accept nomi nation as Office Bearers who are unable to attend the AGM\, are requested to advise the Secretary in writing\, prior to the meeting\, that they acce pt the nomination.
