Good Afternoon VYUFDA Members,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened at Darraweit Guim Memorial Hall, 1481 Bolinda-Darraweit Road, Darraweit Guim, 3756 on Sunday 1st of February 2026. The meeting will commence at 11:00 am.
A light luncheon will be served at 12.30 pm.
Those members willing to accept nomination as Office Bearers who are unable to attend the AGM, are requested to advise the Secretary in writing, prior to the meeting, that they accept the nomination.
A reminder to please ensure you have paid your membership prior to the AGM to enable you to be eligible to vote and accept nomination as Office Bearers.
