Important Information.

In an endeavour to better handle the increased demand for runs at our UGWD events, we are changing the entry process. Handlers are asked to submit their dog entries as normal but not make payment until their entries have been accepted. This removes the need for refunds should balloting be required.

Once entries close and final numbers are known, balloting will take place if required to determine the final fields.  You will be notified of the accepted dogs and the payment required. You will then have 48 hours to make payment to confirm your entries. If payment is not received within the allotted time, you will not be included in the final draw.

members or event organiser's, for any damage or injury arising at, out of, or in connection with this trial.

I accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused to a member of the public
